Take a stroll through Glasgow’s nightlife history and uncover the stories behind its vanished clubs.

Explore Glasgow’s lost nightclub heritage on a walking tour through the venues, stories, and communities that once shaped our city’s nightlife. Through personal memories and local history, we reveal why remembering these stories matters and the connections lost when these spaces vanish.

The walking tours will take place on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September, beginning at the former nightclub Flying Duck, 142 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 3AU.

Tours start at 12:15 and 14:15 on both days, last approximately one hour, and finish at the former nightclub Bonjour, 37–45 Saltmarket, Glasgow G1 5NA.

Visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the tour begins. During the walk, participants are invited to share their own memories and experiences, helping to preserve Glasgow’s nightclub heritage and contribute to a richer understanding of the city’s cultural history for future generations.
