About This Event

Learn how to arm knit yourself a super cosy blanket this winter! This is the simplest and most satisfying form of giant knitting (or to some known as extreme knitting) you will get. With the super-sized yarn and just a couple of hours, you will go home with your own blanket! The workshop includes refreshments (soft drinks and snacks). Where: Our studio is 1st Floor, Central Chambers, 93 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6LD. Please note there are six steps up to reach our lifts that take you to our studio, but there is a wheelchair lift - please let me know in advance if you require access. Level: Complete beginners - Anyone can arm knit Duration: Approx 2 hours Do I Need to Bring Anything: Nope! Just your arms and a bag to carry your Blanket Home in. All the giant yarn you need to knit your blanket (2kg) is included in the price - please select colour in the drop down. What is the Size of the Blanket: It is approx 75 cm x 125 cm (30 x 50 inches) Please note sizes are approximate and it will depend on your knitting on the night but you won't be far off the dimensions listed above. We’ll provide a list of available colours before the workshop.
