Very pleased to announce the date for this year's open day and flower show. On 15 August, we'll be opening the doors again to our verdant sanctuary. As always we'll be serving teas and cakes in the hall while in the centre green we'll have activities like face painting and a mocktail stall. The main event is of course the plants and flowers themselves, all of which we have been growing here at the allotments and many of which will be on sale along with a range of homemade produce. Always a nice day out for all ages so bring your pals, bring your family and hopefully see you on August 15th. Please note; the entrance on Glenapp St is not wheelchair accessible but the back gate on Maxwell Road, at pavement level, will be open on the day.
