Rest & Reset: A Reiki & Relaxation Evening

Step into a calm, cosy space to unwind at the end of the week…

This intimate Reiki and relaxation evening is designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

With soft lighting, blankets and a peaceful atmosphere, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, followed by a group Reiki session where you'll be invited to fully rest and receive.

At the end of the session, you'll have the option to spend a few quiet moments journalling or reflecting, allowing you to gently process your experience.

Perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed, run down or simply in need of a moment to reset.

This is your time to pause.

To breathe.

To simply be.
