Sometimes you just need an excuse to get out of the house, go for a walk and meet some new people.

The Sunday Stroll is a relaxed, cosy afternoon in Glasgow Green for girls who come alone.

We’ll meet at the McLennan Arch entrance, get everyone together, and head into Glasgow Green for an easy-going walk and a chance to chat, get to know each other and hopefully leave with a few new connections.

You don't need to know anyone before coming. You don't need to come with a friend. And you definitely don't need to be the most social person in the group — that's kind of the point.

Just turn up as you are. We'll take care of the rest. 🤍

McLennan Arch entrance, Glasgow Green

We'll meet at the arches before setting off together, so please don't worry about having to find the group once you're there.

🗓 When

Sunday 13th September

12:00pm

We'll meet at the McLennan Arch from 12:00pm, with the walk setting off at approximately 12:15pm. This gives everyone a little time to arrive, say hello and get settled before we head off together.

We’ll finish once we’ve completed a relaxed loop of Glasgow Green, so the exact finish time may vary slightly.

The event is completely free, but tickets are required so we know who's coming.

After booking, you'll receive an email with the WhatsApp group link and everything else you need to know before the day.

You'll receive the WhatsApp group link the week before the event via email.

We'll open the group closer to the date so everyone attending can say hello, ask any questions and recognise a few names before we meet.

If you're feeling nervous about coming alone, we'd definitely recommend joining — you won't be the only one. 🤍
