Join me for an evening of beginner's Yoga & sound healing for women in Glasgow! 🧘‍♀️

Based in the quiet community focused area of Bearsden/Milngavie, we will begin with 45mins-1hr of beginner friendly Yoga.

As a BACPR certified fitness coach of 8 years & Yoga teacher, I specialise in working with those with varying health conditions & can cater to all women. If you are at all concerned or have questions about specific conditions, please get in touch. Conditions I have worked with in the past include but not limited to: MS, osteoporosis & osteoarthritis, cardiac conditions, stroke recovery, various injuries such as knee & shoulder & visual impairment.

This flow will be slow, with accessible poses. But I will also provide options for those who would like more of a challenge.

Breaks will also be taken as much as needed. You can expect a relaxing flow, with a wee bit of optional balance, core &, most importantly, good fun!

Yoga blocks will be provided but please do bring your own mat for the class.

Afterwards, we will settle down for the evening with a sound bath. Each event will have different instruments depending on the theme. Therefore, specific instruments can't be guaranteed. However, over time, you may expect Gong, crystal healing bowls & drums.

As a fully certified IPHM sound healer, you can trust you are in safe hands 🙏

Sound baths are NOT suitable for pregnancy, epilepsy or those with pacemakers.

SEPTEMBER'S THEME: REIKI RENEWAL

As summer concludes & we move into autumn, we let go of the vibrancy of summer & learn to lean inwards.

This month, we lean into the softness of autumn: as the leaves fall, we shed what we no longer need. Expect soft instruments such as tuning forks & chimes.

Optional group Reiki healing will also be available during the event if you feel called.

Street parking is available at the venue & it is also within walking distance of Hillfoot station.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refunds will be issued if you cancel the event 7 days prior to the event occurring. If cancelled outwith this timescale, unfortunately refunds cannot be issued.

If you are experiencing an emergency on the day, please get in touch. Transfers may not be guaranteed, depending on event availability, but I will try my best to accommodate if possible.

Transfers will sadly only be offered in the event of an emergency or if requested more than 7 days before the event, in line with T&Cs.

If, for some reason outwith my control, the event may need to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer & will be notified as soon as possible. Reasons may include: damage to the venue, poor weather that affects the venue or safety of participants, illness or family emergency.

If you choose not to disclose a health condition, please be aware you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. The same applies to if you are unwell on the day & choose to continue participating. By booking this event, you confirm you acknowledge this responsibility.

Please arrive promptly for the event: the door will be closed at 6.15 for the event to begin & sadly, late submissions will not be accepted after the spinal warm-up. Refunds will also not be issued for lateness or no-shows.
