Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath at Dalziel Sain't Andrews Parish Church Hall, Motherwell. This gentle evening experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.

We will begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and invite the body into a state of relaxation. You will then be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from a range of therapeutic instruments, creating a peaceful soundscape that supports rest, stillness and wellbeing.

Whether you are new to sound baths or a regular attendee, this welcoming session offers a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy time dedicated entirely to yourself.

We provide mat, blankets and eye pillow. Please bring along anything else you need to feel warm, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the experience.
