Get active on a Walk and Talk with SAMH to boost your wellbeing and be part of a fun group visit to one of Glasgow Museums

Join us on a 2-3 km walk or wheel, starting from The Nook in Glasgow's Merchant City. Walking is a great way to get active, connect with others, and take notice of what's around you. We will be led on a walk around the museum on arrival and can take part in optional sketching activities as we stroll and enjoy the museum displays together. Join us to get moving for your mental health and at the end of the walk visit The Nook for a hot drink, cake and the opportunity to access our great resources.

The group will start outside the main entrance to the Nook, where our walk leaders will meet you.

The walk will start promptly at 1.30pm, so please aim to arrive up to 10 minutes early to make sure you’re on time.

Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day.

August 19th 1.30 – 3.30- pm – Meet at the Nook and walk to and around the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA)

September 2nd 1.30- 3.30 pm – Meet at the Nook and walk to and around St Mungo Museum.
