PAWS & PAUSE: SAMH x The Social Hub Glasgow will be a wellbeing walk, in partnership with SAMH, held at The Social Hub Glasgow in Glasgow on September 2nd, 2026, starting at 10am. The event is free to attend. Participants will be able to join for a relaxed lunchtime wellbeing walk.
Step away from your screen, grab your dog (or just yourself) and join us for PAWS & PAUSE.
A relaxed lunchtime wellbeing walk, in partnership with SAMH and The Social Hub.
We’ll meet at The Social Hub for a coffee, then head out on a gentle 45-minute dog-friendly walk to either Glasgow Green or along the Clyde. No pressure, no pace goals, just fresh air, friendly faces and time to pause.
After the walk, you’re welcome to hang back at The Social Hub to chat and unwind before heading back to your day.
