Becoming attuned to Usui Reiki is about having a regular practice, and Mikao Usui (the founder of Usui Reiki) understood this. Not everyone wants to learn Reiki in one day or over a weekend. So, I am offering you the option to learn Reiki at Level 1 (Shoden) over the course of one month, via weekly group sessions. The course is designed to give you confidence in connecting to power of Reiki and a desire to continue with it as a daily practice. This will help you deepen your connection to Universal Life Energy and your subconscious. You will receive weekly empowerments and attunements, as well as on-going support from me, so you can really get the most out of your Reiki journey. Whether you struggle to commit to a full day course, or simply find it easier to focus and process information in smaller blocks over a longer period of time, then this could be a more fitting option for you. The class size will be kept to a maximum of 8, meaning we still maintain that intimate atmosphere and allow plenty of time for questions and practice. You will receive weekly handouts and a full Reiki manual plus certificate upon completion of the course. If you cannot make one week, best endeavours will be made to catch you up on a on one to one basis but guarantees cannot be made.
