A four-hour, hands-on leadership event helping business leaders see where AI can support growth, engagement and organisational value.
The Golden Triangle of AI Transformation
A practical leadership event for business leaders and decision-makers who want to understand what AI can do for a growing organisation. Led by facilitators who use AI every day inside Emerge Digital and with clients, the session explores how AI can improve operations, support growth, engage employees and create value.
Through realistic business scenarios and discussion, leaders move from adoption to enablement, leaving with clear opportunities and practical next steps.
The event is built around the Golden Triangle, where the greatest value is created when three elements align:
Humans: creativity, judgement and leadership
AI Tools: capability, speed and scale
Operations: the workflows that turn capability into lasting impact
A human thread runs throughout the day via the MEL Framework (Mindset, Energy, Leadership): Stage 1 opens mindset, Stage 2 reclaims energy, and Stage 3 activates leadership. Every stage follows the same rhythm of short framing, practical exploration and a focused debrief.
Designed as an open cohort, the event brings leaders from different businesses together to build confidence, share thinking and explore practical AI opportunities. You will leave choosing your own path, with the confidence to explore sensible next steps.
