Anyone 4 Science Is Calling All Young Scientists to Relight Dr. Glowsmith’s Lab this Halloween

Glowing oobleck, a clay ghost that lights up and a secret code to crack. The Halloween mystery your child will talk about for weeks.

Anyone 4 Science is bringing something very spooky, very sticky and very scientific to Greystones this Halloween.

The lights have gone out in Dr. Glowsmith’s laboratory, and only real scientists can turn them back on!

Just before Halloween night, the great lantern that powers the lab has failed, and the Dr. Glowsmith’s notes are scattered everywhere. Someone has to investigate. That someone is your child.

Meet your new lab team

From the moment they arrive, children become real scientists on a real mission. Each one gets their own Science Journal to record clues, make discoveries and keep track of the evidence. They’ll work alongside Science Puppy, the lab’s loyal assistant, who is on hand for every mystery.

What’s in the lab?

Along the way, your children will:

Make glowing oobleck that turns solid when you fight it, and melts away when you stop

Bring a clay creature to life with electricity

Build a giant spider web and test its strength

Mix colour-changing potions that fizz, bubble and transform before their eyes

Solve more mysteries and play games that keep the investigation moving

The mystery at the heart of it all

Every experiment leads to a clue, and every clue reveals an Evidence Letter. Put the letters together and the scientists can crack the code, relight the great lantern and save the day.

Can your child do it? We think so. Science Puppy certainly hopes so.

Why parents love it

There are no screens and no worksheets. It’s just hands-on discovery, teamwork and a lot of “How did it do that?” Children leave with their own Science Journal, a head full of new ideas and the pride of knowing they saved the lab.
