Motherhood changes us so much: our routines, our relationships, our perception of time (or lack of it!) and, especially, our sense of who we are. And yet there’s rarely space to talk about ourselves, not just the baby, the sleep or the school runs.

This morning is that space. Grab a drink, meet other mums, and enjoy honest conversation about how motherhood feels: the joys, the doubts, the guilt and everything in between.

You can arrive late, leave early, or pop in for whatever time works for you around naps, feeds and pick-ups. Come as you are.

Who it’s for

Mums and mums-to-be, however motherhood found you. You are more than welcome whether you’re:

On maternity leave, with your baby in tow

Enjoying a free morning while the kids are at crèche or school

Working flexibly and able to step away for a chat

Expecting, and looking to meet other mums before your baby arrives
