🔥 ECSTATIC DANCE BRAY

Lose yourself. Find your rhythm. Come alive.

Monday's in Bray — a wild, welcoming dance space for bodies that want to MOVE.

No choreography. No judgement. No experience needed.

Just deep beats, freestyle movement, beaming smiles and the freedom to dance exactly as you are.

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT

🎶 Music that moves you — from grounding grooves to uplifting, ecstatic beats.

🔥 Freestyle movement — shake it, stomp it, flow, spin, jump, groove or lie on the floor. Your body decides.

💫 No performance — this isn't about looking good. It's about feeling good.

🌈 A friendly, inclusive space — come solo, with friends, or meet your new dance tribe.

🌀 A journey — arrive, drop in, warm up, let go, peak, breathe and land.

🤍 Come as you are — all bodies, ages, abilities and dance backgrounds welcome.

You don't need to know how to dance.

You just need a body and a willingness to move.

⚡ TURN UP. TUNE IN. LET GO.
