Nicholsons Autumn Budget Briefing takes place at The Enterprise Village in Grimsby. The session focuses on the implications of the announced Budget for individuals and businesses. Tickets are free.
The Budget has been announced—now it's time to understand what it means for you, your business, and your financial future.
John Healey will stand up on Wednesday 28 October and deliver his first budget as Chancellor. The 28 October will also mark 100 days of the Burnham premiership, and the budget will be the first real opportunity for us to hear what tax and fiscal policy might look like for the remainder of this government. Between now and then there will be hundreds of rumours about where tax rises may come from and where the key spending priorities might be but its only after he's re-taken his seat that we will truly know.
Given some of Andy Burnhams past thinking on tax policy this could be one of the most important budgets in recent years and may shape tax policy for a long time into the future.
Start the morning with pastries and light refreshments before joining our team to hear from Nicholsons Director, Richard Hallsworth and our Tax Specialist Kate Brown, as they delve into the detail behind the policy announcements and provide you with answers to how they will impact you and your business.
What to expect
The key Budget announcements and what they mean in practice.
How the changes may affect individuals, businesses, and investors.
Tax and financial planning opportunities following the Budget.
Practical steps you can take to respond with confidence.
Whether you're a business owner, investor, or simply want to understand how the Budget affects you, this seminar will provide clear, practical insights and the opportunity to ask questions.
Reserve your free place today.
We look forward to seeing you there.
