Welcome to Beyond Small Talk, MULARA's very first women's circle in Guildford.

Beyond Small Talk is a relaxed, women-centred gathering for anyone who'd love to take a little time for themselves, meet new people and enjoy conversations that go beyond the usual "What do you do?"

Whether you're new to Guildford, looking to make friends, navigating a new chapter or simply fancy doing something different with your Friday morning, there's a place for you here.

Who is it for?

Women aged 18 and over, from all walks of life. You don't need to know anyone, have any experience with breathing exercises or journaling, or arrive with anything figured out.

There's no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable with.

Just come as you are.

What to expect?

Connect with breath - gentle guided breathing to help you settle into the morning.

A moment to pause - step away from your usual routine and enjoy some time for yourself.

Gentle reflection - simple journaling prompts to help you reconnect with your thoughts.

Meaningful conversations - meet other women through relaxed, thoughtfully guided conversations.
