Women Who Want More is an in-person women’s circle for the local community.

Come together in a calm, cosy setting for a new kind of women’s event!

Want more freedom, opportunity or respect? Perhaps you’re craving more romance, peace or joy?

Join Jo at the gorgeous Bisley Studio to gather, move and share. This two-hour workshop combines yoga and breathwork with Jo’s experience as a life coach. Through a series of helpful rituals, she’ll guide you to focus, release and embody self-love and empowerment.

There will also be space to set intentions, reflect and share with the group.

The workshop is designed to leave you feeling calm, strong, relaxed and empowered.

Jo is a certified yoga teacher, breathwork practitioner and life coach, with trauma-informed training. The aim of this session is to create a blissful experience that evokes positivity and empowerment. While this will be a safe space to share, Jo is not a licensed therapist, and the session is not intended to provide therapy or encourage the sharing of traumatic events or experiences.
