Join us at Rise Yoga & Wellbeing for a deeply restful sound bath and help raise a donation for the community foodbank this festive season.

During the sound bath you are invited to settle on your mat, get cosy and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the Himalayan and Alchemy Crystal bowls.

Give yourself a restful gift this festive season at the same time as supporting the local community. Proceeds from the sound bath will be donated to the Farncombe Foodbank. Suggested donation amount: £30, £45, £60.

The doors will open 10 minutes prior, giving you time to settle on your mat, and due to the nature of the event the doors will close as the sound bath starts.
