Before the Christmas rush takes over, give yourself permission to slow down, switch off and enjoy a little time just for you.

Join Lisa Winn and Lucy Maher, a sound healing practitioner, for a special extended evening combining the power of guided breathwork with the soothing vibrations of a restorative sound bath.

We'll begin with three rounds of guided breathwork, helping you release built-up tension, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with your body.

Then, as you settle into a deeper state of relaxation, Lucy will guide you through an immersive sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, allowing you to simply lie back, let go and enjoy the experience.

Conscious breathing can help calm the nervous system, ease physical tension and bring your attention away from racing thoughts and back into the present moment.

Sound adds another layer to this experience. The gentle rhythms and vibrations of singing bowls and gongs can encourage deep relaxation, helping you switch off from everyday distractions and enjoy a sense of stillness.
