A restorative Winter Solstice sound bath to relax, reset and reconnect before the festive season.

As the festive season gathers pace and life becomes busier than ever, gift yourself a moment to pause.

Join us for a deeply relaxing Winter Solstice Sound Bath, a peaceful evening to step away from the pressure of shopping, planning and doing... and reconnect with simply being.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a powerful invitation to slow down, turn inward and reflect before the light begins to return.

Wrapped in soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes and healing instruments, you'll be guided into a state of deep rest where mind and body can unwind, restore and reset.

This is your opportunity to:

✨ Release stress and festive overwhelm

✨ Create space for reflection and intention-setting

✨ Rest deeply and support your wellbeing

✨ Reconnect with yourself before the new year begins

✨ Experience stillness amidst the seasonal rush

Whether you're feeling exhausted, emotionally drained or simply in need of some quiet time, this nurturing evening offers a sanctuary of calm in the heart of winter.

Leave feeling lighter, grounded and renewed.
