About This Event
For one day only on Saturday 20 September, a special collaboration with Claremont Fan Court School allows visitors a rare opportunity to explore both the historic landscape garden and the elegant mansion house in one unforgettable experience. A gate between the two properties will be opened to celebrate Heritage Open Day, allowing guests to freely wander between the garden and the school grounds. At Claremont Fan Court School, guests will be invited to explore selected rooms of the historic mansion’s ground floor on a free-flow basis between 10am and 5pm. Visitors can enjoy a self-guided tour exploring the mansion’s rich and varied history. On both days, visitors can explore the landscape garden with its extraordinary views, serpentine lake, grotto, and regency terrace. For the first time since 2019, the Belvedere Tower which will also be open.
