About This Event

A sauna and dip session will take place at The Quays in Mytchett on 27 November 2026. Each 50-minute session costs £12 and includes access to a spring-fed lake. Participants must book through the venue website and obtain a complimentary Eventbrite ticket.

Join us at The Quays (Mytchett) for a 50 min sauna and dip session, located between Aldershot and Sandhurst.

Once you've booked through The Quays website, please book your free Eventbrite ticket so our hosts know you'll be attending.

Each session costs £12 and includes a 50-minute sauna session and a dip in the spring-fed lake.

Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna. Entry may be refused by the venue holder.
