Monday Morning - Mindful Flow is an in-person gentle hatha/vinyasa yoga flow for the anyone looking to start their week off with focus, energy and mindfulness.

Working from home? Already out running erands or dropping the kids off at school? Stop by afer if you need a bit of you time before the rest of day begins.

A calm, cozy practice

The flow combines hatha and vinyasa yoga with meditation and breathwork ad takes place inside the Bisley Studio on Miles Green Farm.
