Welcome to The Open Room, Guildford.

Property Entrepreneurs Club is an evening in Guildford for people doing property deals, or actively looking for their next one. Each time one speaker takes a deal apart: purchase, build cost, funding stack, GDV, and the part that didn't go to plan. Then it's over to the room.

It's open to everyone. You don't have to be a developer to be here. You do have to be doing, actively seeking deals or on your way to becoming a property entrepreneur.

Nobody on stage is going to upsell you.

If you've never been

Most people come on their own the first time. Tell us at the door what you're working on and we'll introduce you to someone within five minutes. Nobody works the room with a lead-gen sheet.

Run by

Tanner, Sam and Luke. All three are active developers.

Tanner and Sam run Ajito Property Group, with schemes in Portsmouth, Gosport, Bridgwater and Liverpool — commercial-to-residential, large HMOs and supported living.

Luke develops new builds, does short lease extensions and runs ApartHotels throughout the Southampton area.

Tickets

£20 a ticket. Members come free, and can bring a guest free.

Members: click Get tickets, then Enter promo code above the ticket list. Type in your member code from your welcome email and your ticket drops to £0.

Bringing a guest: book their ticket in their name using your guest code (also in your welcome email), the same way. Or send them the code and they can book it themselves. That's one guest per member at each training and networking event.
