Join us for a seminar with Karin Walker and Karen Barham, to learn all about the use of mediation in Family Law

Please join us for a seminar with Karin Walker and Karen Barham, to learn all about the use of mediation in Family Law and the continuing role for solicitors alongside the process. We will enjoy some drinks and nibbles after the talk, allowing some time for informal networking.

The seminar will cover suitability of mediation, answering your client's questions, preparation for a client attending mediation, what is 'without prejudice' and what is 'open', attending a professionals 3-way meeting, what the mediation sessions entail, when it might be appropriate to involve children, and so much more!

This is a brilliant opportunity to hear from two of the most highly regarded family mediators in the country and we hope that you will join us.
