Join Juliette Noske for an uplifting and inclusive drumming circle, where we come together in sacred community to explore rhythm, voice, and collective energy. Using mainly frame drums—with other drums warmly welcomed—you’ll be guided through simple patterns, chants, and vocal explorations that invite you to relax, connect, and express freely.

Whether you’re new to drumming or experienced, all are welcome.

Drums are available to borrow, and no musical background is needed—just your heartbeat and your presence.

The rhythmic sound of the beating drum induces deep relaxation, reduces stress and promotes the production of endorphins. A drumming journey of sound is healing on many levels. The drum is regarded as a living entity and is said to be the oldest instrument. Journeying with us since the dawn of human kind this beautiful instrument is primal.

Your Guide

Juliette Noske is an internationally experienced transformational coach, sacred space holder, and intuitive guide who facilitates deeply connective drumming circles rooted in rhythm, presence, and community. With a lifelong dedication to self-mastery and personal growth, she brings over two decades of exploration and facilitation into spaces that invite healing, awakening, and authentic expression.

Working primarily with frame drums, breath, voice, and chant, Juliette weaves together ancient practices, timeless wisdom, and modern tools—using rhythm as prayer and breath as a gateway into presence. Her circles are welcoming and inclusive, offering participants a sacred container where music, shared intention, and community open pathways to grounding, joy, and inner resonance.

Born on Vancouver Island, Canada, Juliette carries a deep respect and connection to the indigenous peoples of the land. She is often accompanied by her Native American buffalo hide drum, bringing a powerful, heart-centered pulse to the circle. Through her work, each soul is held, seen, and gently empowered to remember and embody their true essence.

CACAO USE

Is cacao safe for me?

Who shouldn’t drink cacao?

For most people, cacao is very safe!

However, there are some specific contraindications so please check below.

Health factors to be particularly aware of are:

*If you are on antidepressants, SSRIs or other medication, have a heart condition or are pregnant: Be aware that the theobromine in cacao is a vasodilator: it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Cacao in the concentrated doses we consume in ceremony therefore increases blood flow to the brain & heart by at least 40% so you may be better off with a smaller dose. I usually offer a half-dose to people on SSRIs. Please see below for more info.

*If you are taking 5-htp (5-Hydroxytryptophan) it's advisable to have a smaller dose of cacao.

*If you are taking St John's Wort, please refrain from taking it for a few days before & after the cacao circle.

*If you are on MAOI antidepressants, cacao (& all forms of chocolate) is contraindicated because it contains tyra
