About This Event

The Soundbath in the Woods event at Winkworth Arboretum on 22 August 2026 brings a guided woodland sound journey led by Jez Smith. Participants are advised to arrive before opening to join the session, which incorporates natural surroundings.

Arrive at Winkworth before opening to join facilitator Jez Smith for a guided woodland sound journey. Incorporating the natural sounds of the surrounding landscape into his session, Jez creates an immersive experience designed to help you feel refreshed and grounded.

The one-hour session begins at 9:45 am on Sorbus Hill, overlooking the valley. As Jez plays, the sounds of birds and moving trees form part of the experience.

You will receive free parking for the duration of the session.
