at the beautiful Buckland Park Lake 🌿🌙 With myself & buckland park's regular yoga teacher Nancy Campbell

Under a canopy of trees, surrounded by nature

Optional : met at 6pm for a walk around the lake 💛

We begin by gently arriving into stillness…

slowing the breath, quietening the mind & reconnecting to yourself

There is nothing to achieve here… just space to be

You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body softens and the mind can rest…

a place where clarity, calm and insight arise naturally

🔔 SOUND BATH

You will then be immersed in the powerful, nurturing vibrations of a woodland soundbath …

The sound washes over you and through you… calming the nervous system, slowing brainwaves and allowing the body to enter a deeply restorative state

This is where the magic happens…

🌿 WHAT TO BRING

Something comfortable to lie on (mat/something padded)

A blanket or layers to keep warm & cosy

Please note this workshop will be moved inside if the weather doesn't behave...

We have a woodland canopy for light showers, but in the case of heavier rain we will be in the room at the lake ..

This workshop is non-refundable unless your space can be filled (a £10 admin fee applies)
