About This Event

Surrey Police Job related fitness testing will commence promptly at 07:30 on Tuesday, 7 September 2026 at Mount Browne in Guildford. The test assesses workforce health for police roles. There is no fee to attend.

Surrey Police Job Related Fitness Testing. The test will commence promptly at 07.30am.

The organisation recognises that a healthy and fit workforce leads to better performance, increased motivation and morale and reductions in sickness.

Fitness Tests are held at Mount Browne Gym Hall, on Mondays and Thursdays at 07:30am. The test will commence promptly at 07.30am so please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the session.

These sessions are for yearly mandatory fitness tests, practice tests, Specialist Units and candidates.

Ensure that you are dressed in comfortable sports clothing and wearing training shoes suited to running.
