TRE: Let Your Body Do the Releasing Discover the body's natural ability to release stress, tension and overwhelm

What if your body already knows how to release what it no longer needs?

Join Courtney Baxter, Certified TR® Provider, for an introduction and live experience of Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TR®) a simple body-based practice that invites the body to release deep muscular tension and supports nervous system regulation.

During this gentle and accessible session, Courtney will explain what TRE® is, why stress and life experiences can sometimes be held in the body, and how our bodies have an incredible innate capacity for release, relaxation and restoration.

You'll have the opportunity to experience some of the principles of TRE® for yourself, at your own pace, with no previous experience necessary.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothing and, if you'd like to take part lying down, bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

But don't worry if you have none of these just come as you are.

You don't need special equipment, experience or even to be good at relaxing.

All you need is your incredible body.

Come curious. Come exactly as you are.

Your body may be telling you more than you realise.
