Learn how healing sessions shift the body into a deeply relaxed state

Explore how finding peace in the moment is the key to a happy, balanced, and healthy life.

You will learn how healing sessions shift the body into a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state—acting like a 'full-body MOT' to kickstart self-healing—and how becoming the 'gardener of your mind' can rewire your neurological pathways.

The session will conclude with a guided practice to help you come into the present moment and experience the shift firsthand.

Jane Green is an intuitive healer and the founder of Spirit TLC. Her practice centres on the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are one, and that the key to wellbeing is finding and maintaining balance within. Jane's work focuses on guiding people to trust the process of their own healing journey, helping them practice being in “the now”—not as a trend, but as a genuine way of life. Spirit TLC is accessible to anyone and everyone, no matter their age, belief system, or lifestyle.
