Join me for a cosy afternoon of cacao, connection and sound — a little space to slow down and take some time for yourself

✨ Women’s Community Sound Bath & Cacao ✨

I’m putting on a special community gathering for local women — especially if you’ve always wanted to try a sound bath but weren’t quite sure whether it was for you 🤍

It’s a chance to meet other women, take a pause and reconnect with yourself in a relaxed, welcoming space.

We’ll begin with a warm cup of cacao and gentle grounding before settling into a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gong and chimes.

The gong creates rich, flowing layers of sound, from soft tones to deeper vibrations. You can simply get comfortable and listen, with nothing to do or get right. You might find yourself feeling restful, noticing different sensations, or simply enjoying some quiet time — everyone’s experience is different.

Come on your own or bring a friend. No previous experience needed.

WHAT TO BRING

• yoga mat

• blanket if you tend to feel cold

• eye mask for a deeper feel
