An evening of Cacao, sound, meditation & healing

This year we have loved holding space for our women’s circles. But to close out the year, we wanted to do something extra special: on Friday, the 20th November, we are opening our doors to EVERYONE for our very first Mixed Healing Circle!

Whether you’ve attended our circles before or you’ve always wanted to come but couldn't, this space is open to all ! Together we’ll share a peaceful evening of connection, relaxation, and gentle healing.

What to Expect:

✨Ceremonial Cacao: To open the heart, deepen connection and quiet the mind.

✨Guided Meditation:To ground your body and bring clarity to your inner world.

✨Immersive Sound Bath: To calm your nervous system, allowing the sounds to wash over you and create space for stillness.

✨Energy Healing: To release blockages, restore balance and leave you feeling renewed.

✨Goodie Bag including a cold press juice made by Soul Juice.

Why Join a Mixed Circle?

Balance Internal Energies: Harmonize your doing (masculine) with your being (feminine).

Foster Deeper Understanding: Build empathy and bridge connection between men and women.

Community Healing: Experience the collective power of healing together, as equals.

So please joins us for an evening of connection, reflection and release. Just come as you are, no experience needed or any expectation.

Step out of the daily hustle and into a space of deep relaxation and connection.
