The Christmas holiday season is fast approaching, nso reward yourself first. The perfect excuse to do a little market research before hitting the highstreet in the search for the perfect chocolate and wine gift.

We've done the work for you. Sampled and endlessly tasted great combinations for great wine and chocolate pairings. Its a hard job!... We'll explore interesting flavour combinations, off-piste wine styles and address some of the do's and dont's of wine pairing with chocolate.
