Welcome drink: Yankee

Starter: Gorgonzola served on Waldorf salad with grape, apple, celery and walnut with vanilla poached pear and a balsamic glaze. Paired with Yorkshire Best Bitter

Main: Slow cooked belly pork in beer and miso glaze served with crispy coconut rice and homemade kimchi salad. Paired with Baby Faced Assassin

Dessert: Coffee and white chocolate cheesecake. Paired with Scoundrel
