People, Planet, Pint is your local sustainability meetup, where you can find local inspiration and like-minded friends over a drink

You can usually find us on a table towards rear. All welcome. Bring your questions, your experience, and your humanity. No expertise required.

Pop down to your local People Planet Pint (https://small99.co.uk/people-planet-pint-meetup/)meetup to find more about what's going on locally with sustainability and how you can get involved.

No pitches, powerpoints or panels. Just People, Planet, Pint/s.

Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.

Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?

Your Volunteer Hosts

Paul Haslam (http://www.linkedin.com/in/phaslam) is passionate about helping to protect the planet’s climate and biodiversity for generations to come. He is the Climate Change Champion for North Yorkshire Council (and NYC councillor for Bilton and Nidd Gorge), and understands the significant impact that SMEs can deliver in this challenge.

Paul is an ESG coach to businesses, helping senior executives understand the implications of ESG reporting and the opportunity of the circular economy in their sector, which then allows them to formulate their own ESG strategy that eventually becomes part of business as usual. As a former FTSE 250 CEO, Paul knows that a business cannot be sustainable without making a profit but highlights the importance of understanding that a business cannot thrive without looking after its people and the planet where much of its resources come from.

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Krystal (the UK's only B Corp web hosting/cloud provider), and welcome them on board as sponsors of the People, Planet, Pint events.

This means the first 10 drinks are on Krystal at every event, and has allowed us to invest and upscale the series to accelerate action on climate change.
