Community Cuppa is a relaxed, friendly drop-in for anyone who fancies a chat, a bit of company and a freshly mashed cuppa. There's no agenda, no pressure and no expectation to join in with anything – just a warm welcome, plenty of tea and the chance to spend some time with friendly, down-to-earth folk.

Whether you're looking to get out of the house for an hour, meet local people, share what's on your mind or simply enjoy being around others, our door is open.

Come on your own or bring a friend. Stay for ten minutes or the whole session – whatever feels right for you.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided, and there will be gentle wellbeing or creative invitations to explore if you fancy them, but joining in is always your choice.
