UK’s top autumn gardening event returns to Newby for 2026 Newby Hall is delighted to welcome back the prestigious Harrogate Autumn Flower Show for another incredible three days in 2026. The UK’s premier autumn gardening event takes place in the grounds of Newby Hall between 18th – 20th September and welcomes the very best in seasonal horticulture. With leading plant nurseries, a fantastic fruit and vegetable show, live advice stages and a sea of over 5000 autumn blooms combined with access to Newby’s incredible gardens and a stunning series of floral house installations, Harrogate Autumn Flower Show offers a unique experience for everyone. The tickets are only available at the admission kiosk on the days of the event on production of a valid Newby Hall adult season ticket. There are no discounts for Historic Houses cardholders or other vouchers or cards for this event. Book your tickets for the Autumn Flower Show now to benefit from the pre-booked discount of £5.00 per ticket – offer ends Tuesday 1st September 2026. Is access to the house included with the ticket? Yes, your ticket includes access to the main ground floor rooms of the house, which will be beautifully decorated with floral art displays for the show. Please note that full house tours will not be available during the flower show. Can I use my Newby Season Ticket to get into the show? Yes, adult Newby Hall season ticket holders can purchase a discounted adult ticket for £14 on the gate. This offer is only available on the day of the show at the ticket office and requires presentation of a valid season ticket. Children under 16 enter free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Please note: Discounts are not available in advance and do not apply to Historic Houses cardholders or other vouchers or discount cards. Is parking available and will it still be free? Yes, there is ample free parking for both cars and coaches. Preferential parking, located closer to the show entrance, can be purchased when booking your ticket. Designated Blue Badge parking is also available. Is there anything for children to do? Yes, there’s plenty for children to enjoy! The Little Nature Ranger area, offers fun-filled outdoor activities designed to help kids explore, discover, and grow. Plus, within the gardens of Newby Hall, families can enjoy a fantastic adventure playground, a miniature train, water play areas, and pedalo boats. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we are not able to allow dogs, apart from assistance dogs.
