Come along to our fun Transport Fair and discover some of the ways people are already getting around — and some you might not have considered before!

From 5–6pm, we'll be bringing together local transport organisations, businesses and community groups at West Park Centre for a relaxed, hands-on showcase, where you'll find out about the different transport options, programmes, benefits and discounts available to you, as well as what's being planned for the future of transport in our area...

The event coincides with the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority's Local Transport Plan consultation, which will help shape transport investment and priorities across the region. So, from 6pm, the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority team will introduce its new Local Transport Plan and explain how you can have your say through their current public consultation, which is open for 12 weeks from August.

Come along for an hour, stay for the evening, or simply pop in and see what's happening.
