About This Event

The Grammar School at Leeds cordially invites prospective families to its annual Open Morning, scheduled for Saturday, 10 October 2026. This popular event offers a valuable opportunity for those considering The Grammar School at Leeds for their children to experience the school firsthand. Between 9am and 12 noon, visitors will be warmly welcomed and have ample time to explore the school's impressive facilities. This is an ideal chance to gain a real sense of the vibrant academic and extracurricular life that defines the school. Whether you're keen to see the state-of-the-art science labs, the inspiring art studios, or the extensive sports grounds, the Open Morning provides a comprehensive look at what makes The Grammar School at Leeds a truly exceptional place of learning. Attendance at this event is entirely free of charge, making it an accessible and informative occasion for all interested families. We look forward to welcoming you.

Visitors will be able to take part in pupil-led tours of the school, which will run throughout the morning. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for your tour, and note that if you would like to tour both the primary and senior schools, you should begin your tour in the primary school.

Principal talks will be held at 10am and 10.45am, providing an opportunity to hear from the school's leadership. You will also be able to meet and chat with teachers and pupils, giving you a chance to get a sense of the school's community and culture.

The event will take place from 9.00am to 12 noon on Saturday 10 October 2026 at The Grammar School at Leeds, Alwoodley Gates, Harrogate Road, LS17 9NA. Please register and complete the registration form in advance, and note that each family only needs to book one ticket.
