🍁 September has a way of filling up the diary again. Holidays are over, routines return, and before you know it, you're back to looking after everyone else.

💛 If that sounds familiar, this is your chance to take an hour for yourself.

🧘 Come and lie back, get cosy under a blanket, close your eyes and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs. You don't have to do anything. Just relax and let the sound do the work.

✨ Many people tell me they leave feeling calmer, more settled and as though they've had a proper rest.

💙 This month's crystal is Sodalite, chosen for its connection with calm and clarity. Whether you're drawn to crystals or simply curious, it'll be part of the afternoon.

🛏️ No experience is needed, and mats, blankets and cushions are all provided. Just wear something warm and comfortable.
