About This Event

Tuesday 24th November | 7.00pm A microphone, a few instruments and a room full of possibilities. Open Mic Night at Barnaby’s Lounge brings people together for an evening where music takes centre stage and everyone has a chance to get involved. Hosting the evening is Konarucchi , a musician, composer and sound engineer who graduated with a Bachelor of Commercial Music from Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand. His musical journey spans solo songwriting, composition inspired by video games, recording and mixing, alongside his work with alternative pop-rock band Pale Lady. With influences ranging across different genres, his own musical projects reflect a creative and exploratory approach to making music. Whether you’re an experienced performer or taking the microphone for the first time, you’re welcome to join in. A PA system, guitar and piano will be provided, so there’s no need to bring your own equipment. Prefer to stay in the audience? Come along, support local talent and enjoy the spontaneous mix of performances. Tuesday 24 November | 7pm Barnaby’s Lounge | 46 Robertson Street, Hastings No advance booking required.
