Fabiana will guide you into a deeper relationship with yourself through self-facial lymphatic massage and an introduction to non-invasive self-microneedling. You'll learn practical techniques to support lymphatic drainage, reduce the feeling of puffiness and bring more awareness to your face, as well as discover how this method of gentle, organic microneedling fits into skin renewal.

This is more than a skincare routine. It's an opportunity to slow down, give yourself some focused attention and learn techniques you can take home and make part of your own self-care practice.

In Joanna's session, The Elements Required for Deeper Intimacy, we'll explore the powerful interplay of movement, breath and sound.

Through practical experiences, accessible nervous system education and a playful introduction to the anatomy of arousal, you'll have the opportunity to discover more about the female body and what pleasure can mean beyond performance.

How can breath influence arousal? What happens when you allow yourself to make sound, move freely and tune in to the sensations of your body? And what might change when you understand female anatomy and the potential our bodies hold.
