Date and Time: September 23, 2026 at 6.45 PM (BST)
Venue: Beulah Baptist Church
Loss needs to be processed for our physical and mental wellbeing. Unresolved grief can affect our attitudes, relationships, and attainment. The Bereavement Journey® offers 7 sessions of films and discussion for anyone who has been bereaved, whether currently grieving a death or exploring a previous unresolved bereavement.
This course is designed for bereaved adults to do their own grief work. It is supported by a Participant’s Manual and facilitated by volunteers.
Attendance is recommended for all sessions, though joining from Session 2 is possible. It is most beneficial to attend a few weeks after the death—ideally after the funeral—but not essential. The program also supports those in anticipatory grief and pregnancy loss. Participants should be ready to hear others’ stories as well as share their own.The Bereavement Journey - Beulah Baptist Church
