Step into the golden light of Mabon — a sacred time when day and night are perfectly balanced.At the Autumn Equinox, we pause to honour the harvests we’ve gathered, both in the outer world and within our own hearts, and gently release what no longer serves us before we journey into the quieter, darker months.

🌿 During this heart-nourishing ceremony, you’ll experience:

Cacao blessing & mindful drinking — connecting with the spirit of cacao to open the heart and ground the soul

Guided meditation & journey — step into a golden autumn grove to find balance and clarity

Release ritual — let go of what you no longer need, with fire or earth to carry it away

Seasonal gratitude sharing — reflect on the blessings and lessons of the year so far

We’ll work with the energies of:

Balance — honouring both light and shadow

Gratitude — for all that has been gathered

Release — making space for what’s to come

What to bring:
