We use simple art activities and guided prompts to help people move from strangers to real connection, without needing any artistic skill at all.

I'm Amy Brophy, 51 a qualified Late Nite Art Creative Facilitator. I'm also in menopause myself, so this work comes from lived experience, not just training.

Five years ago I lost my mum to cancer a perfect storm of grief and perimenopause arriving at once. That experience showed me how isolating this stage of life can be, even for women who've spent decades being capable, sharp, and in control. Things that once came easily suddenly don't, and it's easy to feel like you're navigating it alone.

I'm passionate about midlife women the wisdom, knowledge, and expertise we carry into this stage, and how easily perimenopause and menopause can sideswipe us just when we should be hitting our stride. I've built communities throughout my career, and I believe the answer to feeling isolated and anxious in midlife is the same: real connection, built around real support.

That's what Late Nite Art gives us a space to create that community together.
