A slow session exploring your deepest intentions through colour and painting watercolour circles, whilst being bathed in sound

Led by Beth and Annalisa, we are so delighted to be bringing this workshop to The Pavillion, having led a similar session in the Where Inspiration Blooms tent at local wellness festival Oh Shala in July.

You are warmly invited to join us in circle to experience the playful, fluid nature of watercolour. You’ll be guided to tune into the colours that are speaking to you and what wants to be expressed through you. We’ll play with capturing that on paper.

The soothing nature of sound will invite you to drop out of the self-critical thinking mind and into the deeper place of sensing and trusting and knowing.

A slow and joyful session including some guided meditation, playful painting with watercolour and a sound bath. We would love you to join us!

About Us

We met in early motherhood and have been great friends ever since, navigating this new chapter in our lives together.

Annalisa is a local sound therapist. She loves creating deeply relaxing sound journeys and connecting to people through instruments and voice, offering them some stillness amongst the busyness of life.

Beth is also local, regularly facilitating women's circles, reiki and colour work.

She is deeply moved by the power and poetry of words and colour and the mysterious world beyond words. Her practice is to invite people to a time and space in which to explore how their rich inner world is speaking to them and get to know and trust the beauty and wisdom of their own intuitive nature.
