Take some time away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself an hour to relax, reset and reconnect.

Join us at Two Halves Healing for a nurturing Reiki-infused sound bath, combining therapeutic sound, guided relaxation and the gentle practice of Reiki to create a peaceful space where you can simply switch off and be.

✨ Your session will include:

A short grounding meditation & guided breathwork

An optional intention card to focus on during your session

An immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and more

Reiki healing offered throughout the sound journey

Time at the end to slowly return, reflect and ground

An optional relaxed sharing circle — there is absolutely no pressure to share

No previous experience of sound baths, meditation or Reiki is needed. Simply come as you are. 💜

We create a warm, welcoming and inclusive space where you can get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself some much-needed time just for you.

Yoga mats

Blankets

Pillows

Eye masks

Water

You’re of course very welcome to bring your own mat, blanket or anything else that makes you feel extra cosy. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
