Pain Café, a friendly and supportive drop-in group for anyone living with persistent pain.

The aim is to provide a supportive and informative environment where individuals living with chronic pain can connect, share experiences, and access resources that promote self-management and overall well-being. We wil be covering topics related to pain management, mental health, lifestyle adjustments, and coping strategies.
