This session will explore how schools can place inclusion at the heart of their culture, curriculum and daily practice, ensuring that every student is known, supported and able to thrive. Attendees will hear how Trinity Academy Bradford has worked to change the culture around inclusion, develop an inclusive curriculum and strengthen staff CPD so that colleagues at every level feel confident in meeting pupils’ needs.

The event will also look closely at SEND provision, including the use of the SEND Index, and how inclusive spaces can be designed and used effectively to remove barriers to learning. A key focus will be the Inclusion First Meeting Cycle, showing how regular routines, purposeful discussion and robust systems help ensure no students are left behind.

The session will also cover monitoring and tracking, giving colleagues practical insight into how schools can identify need, evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
